• Add one package-level example showing permissions state being shared with admin or community.
• Document tenant-scoping expectations more clearly, especially where adapters differ in storage layout but should not differ semantically.
• Write down the recommended pattern for package-owned resource type registration during startup.

Create private.md in this folder for untracked personal notes. The repo .gitignore excludes it and the docs sync skips it.
